The problem of eating disorders currently holds a special place in clinical practice. Bulimia nervosa is one the main forms disorders, characterized by difficulty its treatment and long, recurrent course. Eating are common patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1D), especially adolescent girls. In this article, we present case patient T1D bulimia nervosa, which developed before manifestation progressed against background. overly concerned controlling body weight, specifically restricted intake carbohydrates, forcibly caused vomiting. During pregnancy fasting ketonuria («low-carb ketone») was repeatedly detected. minimum weight 37 kg (BMI 15.2 kg/m 2 ). Particular interest course pregnancy, ended antenatal death. possible cause could be restriction on carbohydrate food prolonged stay ketosis, that might lead to development pathology. Additional examination also revealed multiple complications depressive disorder, requires conjoint monitoring an endocrinologist psychiatrist. Combination disorder pregnant should considered as atypical disease.
